Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your SOUL SUPPLY CO for a change of mind. Items must be unused and in their original, intact packaging. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund.

Please note, we do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. However, you’re welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you’d prefer.

Faulty Items

All SOUL SUPPLY CO products come with a 12-month warranty. If you believe your item is faulty, please submit a warranty request to our email info and include:
