Is the fabric waterproof or easy to clean?
Yes, we use 600D PVC-coated Oxford cloth, which is water-resistant, durable, and easy to wipe clean after a day at the beach.

Which states in Australia do you ship to?
At this time, we’re only shipping within select Australian states and are unable to deliver to Western Australia, Northern Territory, or Tasmania. We’re working on expanding our delivery network soon. Thank you for your understanding and support as we grow!
What is Soul Supply Co returns policy?
From when you receive your delivery we offer 30 days to make a change of mind return. All SOUL SUPPLY CO product/s must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return back to our fulfilment centre we will assess the product/s before processing your refund. When sending your order back to us we recommend that you use a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. SOUL SUPPLY CO doesn't offer prepaid labels for change of mind returns.
